Develop a quality assurance system in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:15 standard and to Keep it active
improve its structure and its circulation within the company
Apply management procedures in accordance with the ISO 9001 Standard
for monitoring the internal corporate organization, orders, and customers satisfaction
Develop internal procedures
related to the design and construction of plants in agreement with the applicable technical standards and laws
Comply with the legal obligations
considering the legal rules, regulations, and standards of the market in which the customer is located
Manage the improvement process
through a predefined plan of targets, starting with the context analysis of the opportunities the reference market offers
Set periodic reviews
of the quality management system
Promote
this policy to suppliers, customers, employees, and other parties involved with the company
Review
this policy, periodically and implement any changes to the strategic organization of the company
The Re-on Management undertakes to verify the Quality Management System by applying internal audits, in a systematic way, to demonstrate its effectiveness, its application, the achievement of the specified objectives and to promote the resulting actionable improvement actions.
