DEHYDRATATION PLANTS
Some solvent mixture are very difficult to dehydrate because water makes several binary and ternary azeotropes with the organic solvents.
Dehydration is impossible with a simple distillation plant and needs a more complex plant with different stages.
We have developed a new industrial dehydration technology with our know how which allows us to separate the water from solvents in an easy way.
This process has been particularly used for dehydration of laquer thinner or mixture of many solvents.
We can also use this technology in combination with distillation, molecular sieves or pervaporation technologies.
