THIN FILM EVAPORATOR /SELF CLEANING EVAPORATOR PLANT FOR REUSE OR RECYCLE OF WASTE ORGANIC SOLVENTS
Pharmaceutical, chemical and paint industries emanate effluents toxic and dangerous wastes with high concentrations of organic contents and COD. We have developed a system to treat such effluents through evaporation with a Thin Film Evaporation Plants or a Self Cleaning Evaporation Plants.
With the help of these technologies we can recover the solvents as reusable product and while reducing waste disposal.
Recovery rates were found to be a function of solids and high boiling products concentration. Maximum recovery rate achieved in the production of mixture of solvents were between 80 and 95% of the solvents.
A combination of Industrial Evaporators like a Thin Film Evaporator or a Self Cleaning Evaporator with an Industrial rectification column and an Industrial solvent an hydrification column produces clear recovered solvents that are comparable to the virgin solvents.
The technology is applicable to other sites for reduction of hazardous and contaminated waste feeds prior to incineration.
